Dubsy Video Translator terms of use

These terms apply to the Dubsy Video Translator add-on for Google Drive™, offered by Innova Apps. By using the add-on, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Questions can be sent to support@innovaapps.ai.

The service

Dubsy helps you translate spoken content in selected MP4 videos and save the generated result to your account. It depends on Google authorization, Google Cloud™ services and Microsoft Azure media processing, as well as the source file's permissions and metadata. Supported workflows and limits are described in the interface and support guide.

AI translation and synthetic speech can be inaccurate, incomplete, unnatural or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing the result before sharing it or relying on it. The service is not a substitute for qualified translation, legal, medical or other professional advice.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to access, transfer, store and process it as needed to perform your requested translation and save, as explained in the privacy policy.

You must have the necessary rights to the video, audio and other material you submit, and obtain any required consent from the people whose voices or personal information it contains. Translation can generate synthetic speech based on source voices. Do not use Dubsy for unauthorized impersonation, deception, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, or to bypass another person's access restrictions. Do not suggest that a person said or approved something they did not.

You are responsible for deciding who can access your source and output files. Saving a result does not grant new sharing permissions on your behalf. Follow your organization's rules and applicable requirements when sending confidential or personal information to an external processing service.

Credits and access

Each new add-on account receives a one-time starter allowance of 60 seconds. A translation uses the source duration rounded up to whole seconds. Accepted jobs reserve credits; translation start charges them. A charged translation that fails receives a single credit refund. A successful translation is not automatically refunded because its output later cannot be saved or because its wording does not meet your expectations; contact support about a specific problem.

Additional credits are available as one-time packs through Stripe-hosted checkout. Review the pack duration, price, currency and checkout total before paying. Installation and the starter allowance do not require a purchase. Credit packs do not create a subscription, automatic renewal or automatic replenishment. Credits are added to the signed-in add-on account only after payment is confirmed; some payment methods take longer to confirm.

Credits and accounts for this add-on are separate from the Dubsy iPhone app. iPhone purchases do not automatically fund this balance. The starter allowance may not be repeatedly claimed through abusive account creation. Technical limits and provider quotas apply even when credits remain.

Payment help and refunds

Contact support@innovaapps.ai about a payment, missing credits or a cash-refund request. Restoring credits after a failed translation is separate from returning a payment. The add-on does not issue automatic cash refunds. A refund or payment dispute may require a review of your balance before you can start new translations or make another purchase; translations already accepted can continue. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights.

Availability and changes

Processing may be delayed, fail or require renewed authorization. We may update the service, its supported features or limits, or suspend access to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with applicable requirements or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific processing time. Keep your original files and review saved outputs.

Uninstalling the add-on does not cancel a translation already accepted or remove service-side records. Contact support for help with a job or a verified data-deletion request. Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date; any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately.

Responsibility and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose or be free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for lawful content use and for checking generated results.
